What Promote is

Promote lets UGC creators who work with a brand follow that work: the posts they publish, how each post is reviewed, its views, and the pay and bonuses it earns. Promote is a tool to follow this work. The terms of the work itself (what to post, the price per post, the bonuses, when you are paid) are agreed between you and the brand, and shown in the app.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The information you give must be accurate, including your payout details.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account; tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else used it.
• Your access works once the brand’s team has linked it to your creator profile. The team can unlink it when you stop working together.

Your content

Your posts belong to you or to whom you agreed with the brand. By linking your social accounts, you allow us to read the public data of your posts, keep a copy of their thumbnails and videos, and show them to the brand for review and payment.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• inflate your views or engagement artificially, or declare activity you did not do;
• use someone else’s account, or let someone use yours;
• try to access data that isn’t yours, or to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the service;
• use Promote for anything unlawful.

If you do, posts can be rejected and your access can be suspended or closed.

Pay

Amounts shown in the app are calculated from the rules agreed with the brand and from the data available at that time; they become final when the month is paid. Payouts are sent through third-party payment services, and their fees, delays and conditions may apply.

The service

We work to keep Promote available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”: statistics come from the social platforms and can be late or incomplete, and the service can be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us, which is nothing, as Promote is free for creators. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.

Ending

You can stop using Promote and delete your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or close the service, with reasonable notice when possible.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by email before it applies; continuing to use Promote after that means you accept it.
